Their delivery option is poor. Need to be able to deliver in the weekends when people don't need to work. And when they are delivering (on week days) they need to be on time as I have been waiting half a day already at home. They don't seem to care about the customer after we paid for the item already do they? Too bad, will avoid buying anything from kbb going forward and will search for other companies.

With pianos it can be quite difficult to meet every customers request for delivery times as we are dependant on external companies for delivery. These are the very same delivery companies that only give us a estimate on delivery times and can never give us an exact time for delivery. We endeavour to try and meet our customers needs with every delivery. This piano was delivered on the day booked and the customer is happy with the piano.
