Precision Helicopters Ltd (also known as PHL) was formed in 2004 and to date has carried out over 8,000 incident free flight hours.

PHL hold both Air Transport Operators and Agricultural Applicators certification with CAA and can therefore offer a wide range of services including:
* air transport / scenic flights / tourism and general charter.
* photographic and filming
* lifting work
* back country and difficult terrain construction
* bucket work
* spraying
* fine particle application
* seismic survey
* drilling
* powerline work
* surveying
* frost protection
All pilots have Agricultural/Chemical ratings and are very experienced at low level flying work.
PHL have CAA approved procedures for all operations, including human sling loading. We also have a comprehensive Health and Safety Plan which ensures all staff, including casual ground crew, are put through a Helicopter Safety Course.
PHL have a team of experienced contractors to assist in all facets of our work, together with an in-house innovative engineering department that can build equipment to suit special applications.
Some of the companies we have carried out contracts for are Natural Gas Corporation (Vector), Department of Conservation, MAF, Taranaki Regional Council and various oil and gas companies.
