Belly Dancing. It is the dance of life.

Physically, belly dance uses every muscle in your body.

Spiritually it connects you to your core, to the earth, to the sky and it opens your heart

I teach because:

It is rewarding to see someone smile or laugh during class or enjoy a physical challenge or see a person who is tired and stressed leave with a smile on their face

It(TM)s beautiful to watch someone who thinks they can(TM)t dance discover they can, or realise they have achieved something with their body they didn(TM)t think they could do. But with practice, visualisation, trust awareness of their body(TM)s natural flow that it is very easy.

It is awesome to see someone realise how beautiful they are or to learn to look in the mirror and smile or acknowledge how graceful they are.

And then sometimes it is just about having fun.

It gives me joy to share my passion with you, allow me to create and finally give back to others.
