Drawing on mindfulness, the body-feelings-mind connection and neuroscience, I help clients gain personal insights, develop a calm and trusting relationship with themselves, and feel empowered to take positive action.

I work collaboratively to help people identify and maximize their existing strengths. I also provide professional insights and draw from the wide range of tools accumulated over years in practice to provide tailored additional strategies and help people develop new skills as required.
