Kia ora my name is Jenny South, I am a sole trader providing a hands on approach for health and well-being. I provide a calm but sometimes when required melodic atmosphere for clients to feel in tune with their body. The treatments help develop an awareness of how the body needs to unfold the pain, trauma, and binding that holds within. I do not have a quick fix, nor do I diagnose, but simply use the skills and knowledge that I have developed over the years to work with you in the best way possible without pain. My 3 n 1 approach is Ortho-bionomy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Massage. With these beautiful modalities combined eventually the client moulds to 1 and their journey of recovery begins. I am very passionate and understanding when it comes to working with pain, but the change must come from the client to start anew.
