Although I specialise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as a counsellor I believe in an integrated approach that includes Person Centred non directive Counselling / Structural Systemic Couples Therapy / Mindful Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MBCBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Problem Solving strategies.

My specialisation includes the treatment of Depression, Relationship issues and Anxiety such as, Generalised anxiety disorder, Social phobia, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, Panic with Agoraphobia, Specific Phobias, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I also work with individuals, who may fit a DSM diagnosis of Personality Disorders
