At Ark Designs we strive to provide alternative tiny homes at an affordable price. Whether it is your first home, transportable accommodation, Granny flat or rental property investment; our designs are a simple and effective use of raw materials.

The Ark is built on and attached to pontoons, making them quick and easy to assemble without needing specific engineered foundations to suit your site. These pontoons double as water tanks, allowing the potential to be completely self-contained.

The Ark is built to code and we are certified to build throughout New Zealand.
