Brent Cherry has over 25 years experience as a counsellor. He is a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. He specialises in working with individuals (men and women) and relationships.
Brent Cherry has a unique set of counselling skills developed over 25 years. He has run stopping violence classes, assertiveness and conflict resolution classes. He has primarily trained in narrative therapy and in mindfulness based stillness meditation. His counselling is a wonderful opportunity, to reflect on your life, to explore problems and difficulties in a mindful way, as you choose ways forward that better align with your true values and intentions. His counselling approach is informed by the latest research into, grief, happiness, trauma recovery, attachment theory, resilience and positive psychology.
