27th April 2016 I found Mark to be prompt, on time. But when he spoke with me he chewed gum the whole time and just agreed with what I said, he didn't make any suggestions. I told him what I wanted, I asked him what I should do - he agreed with what I said. Then when he came to do the job, he didn't do what I wanted, mainly because he wasn't listening when he quoted the job. He also carried out electrical work, which is not qualified to do. I would be very cautious about using this company.
