I offer confidential professional counselling and supervision in my practices in Christchurch and Rangiora.
Having trained in a variety of different therapy approaches I describe myself as eclectic - being able to draw on what suits my individual client best.
I have over 30 years of counselling experience - having worked previously in mental health settings and for the last 22 years in private practice. I specialize in drug and alcohol problems and eating disorders.
Apart from being able to assist clients with personal issues I also offer counselling for work related problems.
