2nd November 2015 The one star here is for getting 4 out of 5 of us to the required destination. The vehicle provided wasn't large enough for our selves & our luggage, even tho we had told them exactly how many people & bags we had. The car seat for the 5 mth old wasn't fitted correctly and the driver didn't know how to fit it correctly. And it couldn't be fitted legally. Our bags didn't fit in the boot, and had to squeeze into the cabin with us. We had to phone the company to ask where they were after the driver didn't have our name on a sign at the airport. And he could only use one of his arms and his back was no good to help with the luggage. The 5th member of our group had to find alternative transport to our destination. Not happy at all.
