21st August 2013 Was there for the pub quiz on Tuesday nights. The manager is rude as we had an incident before. Usually there is no problem getting aioli sauce as I loved it as they do not charged for it. However, they charged for it one night and I was not even told of it! When I had my second serving, the waitress told me that I had to pay for it. I kindly declined to pay for the second serving after being told that I had to pay for it. And she said that I have already ordered it so I have to pay for it on the spot! As not to create a scene there, and with the bad incident that we had previously, I just had to fork out that 2 bucks! 2 bucks for aioli sauce whereas previously they won't charged it and it is not even stated in their menu, can you imagine such a ripped off! How was that for horrible customer service! I would not recommend anyone to go there.
