20th August 2015 I chose not to deal with this company. I phoned to get a quote and asked them if they could come and look at a stain as we were moving and wanted to make sure that it could come out;they rudely refused. There was absolutely no need to be rude and I was very offended. I phoned 2 other local businesses and they were both very accommodating and polite. Customer service goes a long way and there is no reason to be rude to customers.I chose to take my business to another company based on this experience.

1st November 2013 I do not recommend using action carpet cleaning Tauranga.
They rushed through the house and began to pack up in under 15 minutes and dumped clumps of dirty carpet fluff in my front garden (which is no big deal, but do read on-)

The other, became quite aggressive towards me, while telling me that I am being ridiculous and that it's all in my head!! Absolutely shocking customer service.
I had to ask him as nicely as I possibly could, just to try some stain remover, and he threw a tantrum because he had to plug the hose back into his machine and the power plug back in the wall!!
- While he was treating the stain he made constant passive aggressive remarks at me; about how the customer is always right, always nagging, and can never be satisfied anyway.
Action cleaning actually CAN treat stains and the area which he gave extra attention to looks a lot better now!! (you may just have to endure a few lies and some offensive, childish behavior from the staff first.).
The carpet was treated to an acceptable standard, and their machine does lift the piles nicely. (Tho they should have discussed with me the smell and the damp which would need to be aired away).
While I understand that people have bad days, 20-25 minutes is a very short amount of time to remain polite towards a paying customer.
My advice to you is: Look elsewhere- at least until this company changes hands or does a bit of customer service training.
My advice to action carpet cleaning is: Customer service is very important!! Just because you have low prices, does not mean you can treat your customers so disrespectfully.
