I have used Neil as my professional Supervisor for three years. Just great! I keep going back as he manages to be there in just the way at just the right time. Professional, neutral and very empowering, Neil's experience is very broad and he is abIe to understand the details of my employment situation in the health sector. There are some very good professional counsellors out there and Neil is one of them. Neil allowed me to tell my story. He set me up to listen to and understand myself. Amazingly I had the answers,,,,,, Neil helped me to find and understand them. I feel very empowered after each session. Neil is a great listener and has an astute way of drawing my attention to what I am saying. I understand and like myself a whole lot more than ever before. Neil gives me good solid professional therapy...... that's why I keep going back. Julie K
