6th May 2013 Service was poor. We had a deal and selected a small bike from the site which said "The small cycle takes up to a family of five". When we arrived they said their was a wait of 10 minutes for a small bike to arrive. Thats ok because we didnt book and dont have to book so you may have to wait. But from a repeat customer/ customer service point of view, making tourists wait when there are 5 of the larger "8 seater" bikes just sitting there, as they were when we got back is not how to build your customer relationships. Letting us have one of those and not waiting would bring a review of praise and a repeat customer, not the opposite. The "5 seater" is very optmistic. They claimed you could get three adults across the seat inside...my wife and our 9 yr old were ok but I was having to hang on. and unless one or two of your family of 5 are small children, forget it. Affirming this, I also saw the same "family of five" size bike with four people - 3 inside (just) and the forth had to hang onto the back on the outside. Again not for a family of five. Poor.
