Personal Training describes individual workout sessions. During these 1-to-1 sessions, I can motivate you to work out to your best ability. I can help you overstep your own limitations which will lead to long-term health, wellbeing and motivation.
Due to my work experience in the rehabilitation industry, I have specialised in orthopaedic dysfunctions and injuries and have become the first choice for people with signs of wear in areas such as the back, neck and other joints (replacements).
