Poor technical ability. These guys advertise themselves as being brake and steering specialists but in my opinion they are not. I took my car to these guys to find a vibration coming from the back of the car. They replaced the front brake pads, brake fluid, and engine oil all without asking and did not fixed the problem. I took it back with still no result. In the end I took it somewhere else who found a warped rear disk... all without even taking the wheel off. I took it back a third time and showed them! Still they insisted that could not be the cause of the vibration coming from the back of the car and recommended I machine the front disks at over $100. I took it elsewhere and got the rear disk replaced and the car vibration disappeared.
