As parents we need to find proper childcare for our children. Everyone wants the best for their children but it also needs to fit working hours, location etc. Sometimes the choices are not that wide.
We are parents of 2 beautiful children and we had a bad experience with the in home carer we found through and agency for our youngest. It left us distrusting everyone with our little boy except for friends we really know well.
Babies cannot tell you how good a childcare is. They cannot tell you if they have been treated well, had enough attention and were fed in time. But other parents and older children can.
This site is made for both Childcare Service Providers and Parents to meet and find each other. As a parent it is good to read other parents feedback about Childcare Centres, In-Home Care Providers, Nannies, etc. For the Childcare Providers this site is a good way to profile themselves and also to see and learn from the ratings and reviews made by parents.
We hope that with this site we can minimize the risks and the bad experiences people have had with their Childcare Service Providers.
