Welcome to Atrium On Ulster " One of Hamilton(TM)s newest motel / conference facilities. Qualmark rated 4 star plus. Our rooms are modern, spacious, warm and quiet. Many have heat pump / air con and all have lovely comfortable beds, great showers, LCD TV(TM)s and free broadband.

Our spacious, air conditioned conference/meeting room is equipped with digital overhead projector, white board, internet access and can accommodate up to 40 persons, theatre style. We are happy to cater conference lunches, morning and afternoon teas.

Atrium On Ulster is a modern 28 unit, purpose built complex which opened in 2008. It is ideally situated on the oemotel mile on Ulster Street, Hamilton.

As the property has a reasonably narrow road frontage and lies away from the road, the rooms provide a quiet haven for guests.

Concrete tilt slab construction mean noise is eliminated between the two levels. The very popular conference / meeting room along with free broadband internet access, gymnasium and off street parking make oeThe Atrium a desirable place to stay for corporate travellers.

The Atrium On Ulster is located just a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, parks and reserve or the Waikato Stadium.
