With the very sudden passing of a much loved Husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather & great-grandfather, we were all very much in a state shock. My mother-in-law had (much earlier) cut the advertisement for Simply Cremations out of the local paper and we are so grateful that she did. We had the chance to meet a true gentlemen in the Funeral Directing profession. Cameron quietly guided us as a family unit and walked us through the things we needed to do to ensure we gave my father-in-law a service that we felt he would have been proud of. He was in contact with us on a daily basis, making sure that everything was going to run smoothly on our day of sorrow. The support and true kindness shown to all of our family members was truly touching and greatly appreciated. We feel as though we have gained a friendship with Cameron and we know that we will be keeping in touch. The family would like to sincerely thank Cameron and Simply Cremations for making a hard day a lot easier than any of us could have imagined. We would recommend Simply Cremations to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of having to say good bye to a loved one. Be rest assured your loved one will be looked after with care and dignity of the highest degree.

I would like to thank Cameron for his recent handling of my mother's funeral. He was very respectful of her wishes for a simple, no-fuss funeral. We never felt any pressure to "upgrade" to something more elaborate and expensive. His prompt attendance to her when she died was much appreciated, and his communications with us were always timely and appropriate. I sincerely recommend Simply Cremations as an excellent and very affordable service. Anne Slight

At birth there is often special bonds formed between the midwife and the family. Never did I think at death a special bond with a funeral director could occur. But in the case of my family and the team at Simply Cremations that is indeed how we felt. Their expertise saved the day many times over, had it not been for their attention to detail we would have had have had technical problems that you can only appreciate when you have gone through an experience of this kind. They were very discrete and respectful without being intrusive and that is why we are very happy we worked with them. A big thank you to Cameron, Warren and Carol at Simply Cremations. Rynae Butler

There has not been too many positives in the last few years but lucking in on finding Simply Cremations and Cameron when I desperately needed help with the impending death of my wife of 42 years was an experience and lesson for me in gentle patience, compassion without any sanctimony, competence and efficiency, dignity and respect. Quietly very friendly and willing to go the extra mile which was very much appreciated. There was no hard sell at any time to try and add extras and after experiencing other firms in burying my father and my brother recently, this along with the basic low price was almost unbelievable. I cannot praise or recommend Simply Cremations and Cameron highly enough. I was hurting very badly and a bit lost and he eased this situation considerably when I needed it most. Death came unexpectedly to our family. We lost husband and father one morning in the early hours. In the foggy shock and sadness of it all, we called Cameron who came straight away, and in a gentle and efficient way led us through the procedure that was to follow. Over the following days we came to rely on him and trust his guidance, and given his flexibility with the funeral, we soon regarded him as a family friend. What a wonderful company, we lost our father and had no idea who to call for a funeral director, all we knew was that Far's final request was for cremation. The gods smiled on us and sent Cameron, who could have asked for a more careing, dignified, and thoughtful person. Everything was explained fully, what had to be done by them, what we could do for ourselves. On the day of the funeral, everything went so smoothly, we had many friends and relatives saying that they couldn't remember a nicer funeral, much of that credit going directly to Cameron and his team. We whole heartly recommend Simply Cremations to anyone who sadly needs them. Thanks for your compassion Cameron. Claus and Chrissie Vindriis

Whilst it has been unfortunate that we have needed SC BOP twice this year, as a family we cannot speak highly enough of Cameron and team. Quite simply - they really care. We are a "rather large" family - and Cameron walked into what could have been described as organised chaos, but quietly took charge and organised us. Both occasions were exactly what you would want for a loved one. Dignity and respect foremost. And the unspoken subject - the cost. You DO NOT need to pay twice the price eslewhere to have the best. Thankyou so much. You have made a difficult time so much easier to deal with. Regards from the Armstrong Family.
