Fishbone Bar & Grill is Queenstown's only dedicated seafood restaurant, specialising in South Island seafood. We serve a huge variety of both fin fish - including Blue Cod, flounder, groper, sole, slamon and much more along with Queenstown's biggest shellfish selection - freshky shucked oysters, mussels, clams and scallops. Our clams and oysters are kept alive in our state of the art seawater holding tank ensuring the freshest shellfish possible. We source all of our fish from the South Island with most of it coming from day boats in Bluff and Nelson. Crayfish from Fiordland are also kept in the tank. Our seafood platter is a must for anyone loving seafood and for those who don't like seafood we serve a great selection of none seafood dishes including grass fed Angus eye fillet, Southland lamb that has been slowly braised for 12 hours and free range chciken. Kids are welcome and we have a special kids menu with favourites and healthy options. We are fully licensed and serve a fantastic selection of New Zealand wines, especially from Malborough and Central Otago.
