WE had a special family birthday at Three Rooms, they gave us a special side room, just for us, which meant we did not have to compete with other diners noise.
The food was exceptional, worthy of a international restaurant, the service was attentive without being over the top (a lovely youn french waiter!) And the price was great they do a special deal for 2 or 3 courses. A great night was had by all.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Three Rooms Restaurant to anyone.

Service was very good and very friendly. The main meals were good although a little on the minimalistic side. The desert menu definately needs improving as they appeared to be "supermarket bought" deserts and the selection of NZ cheese, crackers and fruits was almost embarrassingly minimal. Restaurant atmosphere and ambience was very appealing but the music was inappropriate for "fine-dining". All in all we enjoyed our Three Rooms experience, but do hope for some improvement on the deserts and music for our next visit.

Four of us had dinner here. That night three of us had symptoms of having eaten MSG (flavour enhancer) which included, increased heart rate, feeling hot and uncomfortable in bed, unable to sleep, a raging thirst and a headache. Not an experience we'd care to repeat thank you. I would normally associate MSG with third world type restaurants.

Once again a wonderful dining experience at Three Rooms. This restaurant produces consistently good food with great flavours with exceptional value for money. The staff are friendly and give great service which is not intrusive but there when you need it. We'll be back....
