Kylie and the team at ABC have far exceeded the expectations for us with looking after our two boys. From day one of settling in a very clingy boy, they showed such genuine care and took the time to really get to know both my sons, what makes them tick and also us as a family. The boys get to experience so much and the activities they do for the different age groups are great - as is the very flash new outside areas. Kids get to be kids at Kaiapoi ABC and are encouraged to try all sorts of really cool things as well as still getting the nurture care they need. My husband and I love being able to drop the boys off and know they are being looked after by such a neat, caring group of teachers.

My child hasn't been attending daycare for very long, however so far my partner and I are so happy with the centre. Very welcoming, friendly staff, we know our child is in good hands and trust completely. It's so special to receive pictures and artwork and stories from the experiences spent at the centre and makes me feel like being as involved as possible by returning the favour with encouraging profile books and updates on our child. Very happy parents!

Parent Voice: "I feel so happy with how all of you take care of Louie. I can see a genuine passion when I arrive every morning with all of your warm smiles welcoming us in. I have no questions about his care because you all keep me so well informed including recording Louis' day in his little notebook. The way you all run the nursery and take care of the children is a major credit to you; I couldn't feel anymore at ease! Thank you so much. Louis has settled in really well, he is very comfortable and content when arriving at preschool every morning. I feel he has a good sense of belonging and feels very happy in the environment you all provide! There are so many things to do and he loves the outside area! Louis feels right at home. I couldn't be happier!"

Parent Voice: "When it came to choosing the right place and people to care for our precious wee girl, I was really nervous about leaving her all day as returning to work meant 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. I called and spoke with the centre 2IC and explained to her my intentions and straight away she invited me to come on down for a visit, which I did. Instantly myself and our daughter were made to feel really welcome, and all of the staff were and still are 5 months later, very friendly and put any concerns I had about if I had made the right decision or not to rest. Since being at the centre, my daughter has developed in so many ways and we are very happy with the hands on approach the centre uses. It is also lovely to see the bonds between child and teacher that are created due to this approach. I also like the idea that when our daughter shows an interest in a particular area, the centre continue to encourage and develop this area, to allow her to discover more parts aspects of it, i.e. the sand pit outside or how it feels to run your fingers through paint. To summarise, I would recommend ABC Kaiapoi to any parent wanting the best care for their child and want to take this opportunity to thank the teachers personally, you know who you are."

This is a fantastic childcare centre. I have no hesitation leaving my daughter here, I know she loves her teachers and they do a great job engaging her with the many activities. I love picking her up and hearing about all the wonderful things she learned throughout the day. Thank you for everything!
