Had an issue with bike, brought it in, thought it was fixed, 5 weeks later had bike accident d/t lack of proper repair, after accident got it re-repaired which they even charged me for. Caution as there are more thorough and accountable bike mechanics in Hamilton. Yes, I did end-up going to hospital. I do not think the intent of the main mechanic is bad but he is just overworked and too busy as whenever I would go in he would be doing the repairs, answering the phones, and also dealing directly with customers walk in. I can understand why he would overlook checking something on the bike but it did cost me permanent bike damages and a visit to hospital.
