I have eaten at this unobtrusive but excellent restaurant on a number of lunchtime occasions and it never disappoints.

Before the meal you are brought a selection of salads and pickles with a potato pancake. At lunch, the menu is around $12 and you get a luscious plate of food and rice along with more pickles if you've finished the originals :) There is iced water and a delicious drink to follow. All this for $12 and service with a smile is great value. I shall go back again and again.
