* If you need your medicine urgently, have your doctor fax your prescription directly to us on 09 408 4133, then post the prescription to PO BOX 354 Kaitaia Northland.
* You can also fax your prescription to us at the above number, and once we have received the original by post your order will be sent.

I ordered a some items online a few weeks ago. I noticed there was no email confirmation, so I tried to contact them by email. No reply. I tried again a few days later through their website. No reply. I tried again a few days later. No reply. I have been patient and polite, but they ignore me. Apparently they do not monitor their website, so they may be receiving payments for goods they never send. This feels like a scam. I will open a Paypal dispute to try to get my money back, and I will not order from their website again.
