Brazz is set in Queenstown, New Zealand by the river that runs through the top end of town on Athol Street.
We are a warm and friendly Restaurant/ Bar and serve breakfast lunch and dinner from 9am
13th April 2012 I moved to Queenstown from Oz in Novemeber and remember Brazz being the first restaurant I tried out.
The menu looked great and wanted to try out the ribs. To my surprise the Original ribs were mounted on my plate and tasted amazing. My partner had a Pizza and again they are not shy with their portions!!
The staff were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome.
Since living in Queenstown, Brazz is somewhere we defiantly go whether it be drinking their beer, eating their $10 breakfast or going in for dinner!
Definitely a must if you visit Queenstown!

28th December 2010 I can't state strongly enought to stay away from this restaurant. The blond woman from whom I was trying to seek directions was the first rude & surly person I've encountered in NZ. Had she been helpful (in a business & town that is supposed to be helpful to visitors) I would have brought my party back for lunch. As it was I have never been so shocked in my life by a person's behavior - in America I expect this kind of nastiness but not in NZ. She would not give her name, she would not admit to being the manager (even though she was working in an office), nor would she get the manager for me to help resolve the issue. I'm sure the staff will back her story since she is the type of peron to make their lives a living hell if they don't back her up.

11th April 2012 Hi NZ Tourist. I am sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience here at Brazz. We are now under new management, have great new staff and a new menu so rest assured such a thing would not happen again. Kind regards Chris Shaw, General Manager

16th November 2010 Went to Brazz for their half price pizza night with 7 friends. The restaraunt wasn't very busy so i couldn't understand why (especially on their pizza night) it took over an hour for our order to arrive. The pizzas were quite bland and the bases were made from tortillas not bread. Apparently this is how they always make their pizzas. If you like a thin, crispy crust and a soft (undercooked) doughy center then maybe these are for you. Staff were very friendly and courteous hence the 2 stars.
