The workshops, courses, retreats and private sessions I lead are all based in classical Alexander Technique bodywork, in which I trained, and have since taught for 18 years. I graduated from a three year full time course, in Sydney, in the late 80s, at an accrediited training school. This work enhances the body-mind connection and leads to natural, flowing pain- free movement, and radical postural improvement.

Alexander was also known as "The Breathing Man" and my work extends to enhancing many aspects of the natural breath. This facet is inspired by several aspects of breathwork from ancient to modern and scientific findings and the recent work of Dr Reginald Ray of Naropa University, Colorado.
