Each candidate’s resume presented to a prospective employer is accompanied by a report.
This report includes –
• Summary of technical strengths and weaknesses
• Two verbal references – in order to offset any obstacles later in the interview process
• A complete psychometric evaluation performed on each candidate presented.

GradConnection compiles and, markets directly to graduates, an "Employer Profile" for an organisation that employs graduates. Utilising online marketing techniques i.e. search engine marketing campaigns using Google, participation in online internet communities, social network ads on Facebook, it markets said organisation directly to graduates.
