3rd June 2016 Utterly disgusted with the way Mango Restaurant & Bar Nelson treat loyal customers! Orderder a family takeaway last week at just after seven it arrived over an hour later... cold and one meal missing!! Why offer a delivery service if you have no way of keeping food warm?? I made three call to the restaruant asking where our food was and was fobbed of feach time. Theh when I call to say the order is cold and missing a meal im told they can cook another one and deliver....I explained as we are loyal customers they really ought to do more. Just been in to complain and ask for a refund to be told... he could get the chefs to cook a beef curry now!!!!!! seriously a week later??? When will local businesses realise that this time of year it us locals that keep them in business?? The restaurant only had three tables full not like people were queiung out the door, You have now lost loyal customers, who have always recomemend you in the past and brought lots of custom your way. Disgusted by your lack of service - Shame on you

17th December 2011 We have had lunch there recently. The customer service was really poor,there was no smile and we were not feel welcomed. The food was nice except for the fried kuew tiaw, they were made from packet of dry rice noodle not from the fresh ones. We were really disappointed for having meal here. I don't think we will come back again. We thought everything was made fresh.We hope they will improve their quality ingredients.
