20 week Modified Tai Chi Programmes for Older Adults.
Locations throughout Waitakere and Auckland City

Titirangi, New Lynn, Kelston, Henderson, Te Atatu Peninsula, Te Atatu South, Waitakere Gardens, Blockhouse Bay, 3 Kings, Mt Eden, Grey Lynn.

PArticipants must be 65yrs + to register for subsidised Tai Chi classes.

Tai Chi New Zealand are the ACC recognised providers.
