Computer Troubleshooters is an international network of franchise owners providing onsite computer services to small businesses. Founders Wilson and Suzanne McOrist began developing the concept in 1996 after selling their previous franchise, Express Bookkeeping, which had grown to over 200 locations in Australia and New Zealand. Computer Troubleshooters USA was formed in 1999 by Chip Reaves, who had previously built his own computer service business (CHIPTECH Computer Services) into one of the largest small business computer service firms in Georgia.

The McOrists and Chip Reaves now form the senior management team that drives the company globally.

Based on the proven marketing and business strategies that make Computer Troubleshooters successful all over the world, Computer Troubleshooters is continually expanding the franchise network into all parts of the country.
