22nd January 2012 Ray and Pam Watson have a shared ministry and actively encourage the development and use of spiritual gifts. What makes this church unique is the intimacy with the Father, that flows straight from Rays heart of worship. In the three or so years that I have attended 'Pursuit', my heart towards God has softened in new and surprising ways. This, I believe, is a direct result of sitting under their spiritual leadership. Always different, never afraid. Services at Pursuit are open and actively seek the presence and power of God.

What's our point of difference? Our worship. We believe in spending time touching the heart of God. Our first ministry is to Him, and one of our core values is hosting the Presence of God. 12th June 2011 Ray and Pam have been a huge blessing to our family in many ways....their wisdom and experience have really helped us develop and grow in our Christian walk. You WILL meet God in this place.

15th May 2011 My family have been attending Pursuit for 19 years. We love the Pastoral care team of Ray and Pam watson and their style of church. The teaching always seems relevant to where I am in my spiritual walk. I love the worship and the singing. If I could sum up in a few words our church it would be Fun, Food and Fellowhip.
We are strong in the word and in Grace. Gods Goodneness and acceptence are main themes. If you are looking for a church in Ak that has phrophetic, healing and the love of God then This could be the church for you. I love it and my family as well.Our son (14) has grown up with the church providing a stable family oriented background and spiritual guidance and acceptance.

4th May 2011 If you're looking for a church where the people are hungry for the Presence & Power of God then Pursuit is definitely the place to be!.
We're a friendly & passionate "Family" of believers who hunger for God's Love & Goodness to be demonstrated in our families, our church, our city & our nation.
Our Praise & worship is dynamic, yet intimate ...& often spontaneous (not your typical 2 fast songs/2 slow songs stuff! :-) ..& at the heart of our worship is the desire for all God's kids to enter into an encounter with the Father.
The messages taught are bible-based, relevant for living in today's world & definitely life-changing!
I first visited Pursuit 18 years ago,,,,and kind of never left! :-)

2nd April 2011 Before I went to pursuit I went to a church close by, where a woman who had strong sexual desires, and had a background in prostitution, bullied me. The only comments from the others were that it was always the men who had the problems and never the women.
Even though I live quite a distance away, I have decided to stay with pursuit. The people are very welcoming and friendly. The music is similiar in style to Hillsong songs except that they are home made, Pastor Pam has a wonderful depth to the bible. It is a very spirit filled church, where their will be opportunities for people to pray in groups for each other. This doesn't happen every week, but happens enough for people to participate in God. And last but not least no women their has bullied me about sex. A very different experience.

30th March 2011 We found Pursuit Church on the internet and paid them a visit. That was 2 years ago and we knew immediately that it would become our home church. We've grown in knowing God and we're excited about the furure. It's the place to be if you want to get to know God more.

29th March 2011 We joined Pursuit about 18 months ago. The worship draws you into the presence of God, with original and prophetic songs, the teaching is delivered with such clarity and grace. There is such acceptance and love from all ages in the congregation. A great place to meet with God and grow in your gifts and be encouraged.
