This ad is for both apartments combined making this house perfect for two smaller families or one big family close the door connecting the two accommodations and you have the privacy of two totally separate spaces or open the door and the whole house is yours.

The top apartment has a deck with a large outdoor table a perfect place for family barbecues and perfect sunsets a spacious lounge with plenty of seating and a large plasma screen TV a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and ensuite. The upstairs apartment also provides a separate dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large deck commanding an amazing view of mature native bush, views of Piha beach, Lion Rock and ocean as far as the eye can see. The bottom apartment has a lounge/kitchenette/dinning all together in one open plan room and a smaller television, separate toilet and bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and an outdoor table and chairs.

The bedding situation in the top accommodation is one bed room with a queen size bed and in the lounge one double size pull out sofa bed sleeping four people maximum. The bottom accommodation is as follows 1 queen size bed in room one; in room two x bunks sleeping maximum of 6 people down stairs. So all together there is room for up to 10 people.

You would have all day sun from sunrise to sunset and spectacular panoramic sea views from your bedroom, lounge, kitchen, dining and deck, absolutely breathtaking.
Relax and enjoy the ever changing scenery. Low tide or high tide the views are amazing.

Rates for the whole house: $300 per night for two people and an extra $20 per night per extra person to a maximum of 10 people.
