Ann Mayer has been involved in training in this area since she wrote her first programme for in-house delivery in 1974. She was a consultant on the Melrose Films training video “Controlling the Telephone Call” and is the author of the book “Telemarketing in New Zealand”.
She was the instigator and a writer and developer of the Certificate of Call Centre Management programme run by the New Zealand Direct Marketing Association, and also presented this programme since it started until it was replaced.
She was also the Technical Editor for the Open Polytechnic programme on Contact Centre Leadership.
Ann Mayer is a workplace assessor for the National Certificate of Call Centre Operations.
She has also been judged by her peers in the Association of Training and Development as a Professional and competent trainer in her field. (MNZATD)
