We measure you up for the correct sized frame. A frame that is too big or too small feels uncomfortable, and it robs power from you. It can even be dangerous to ride.

Once we have selected the best size frame for you, we can help you to decide which components will best suit the type of riding you would like to experience. Then we check your seating position, and adjust everything so that your bike is perfect.

We encourage you take a test-ride, and if you need some instructions on when and how to change gears, brake safely, operate quick release hubs, check your chain and tyres and even mend a puncture, we're always pleased to show you how.

They have easy access to all the necessary specialist tools required to assemble bikes properly, and every bike must pass a rigourous safety check before we allow it on to the Bike Barn shop floor.

If, by chance, your bike should ever need repairs, we also carry a tremendous range of spare parts. Our knowledgeable team will repair you bike quickly and efficiently - that's how we won full approved and become an authorised Shimano workshop.

To us, bicycles are not toys. They are for use on the public roads- so they must be 100% reliable. Remember, at Bike Barn we would never sell you a bike or accessory that we wouldn't recommend to our own family members.
