One of the worst customer service experiences! I ordered a bike from Bike Barn and it took over a month to discover the bike was no longer available. At first I was told I could order it then I was told it was on the courier (for 2 weeks) and finally told there was no bike available. No explanation was given as to why I had been told that it had been ordered and shipped. I was simply told I'd have to come in and pick another bike. I found their communication skills lacking. I always had to ring Bike Barn for updates. Not once did they ring me. Nor did they respond to voice messages. I simply had to keep phoning back until I got someone. They need to improve their customer service skills.
