STAY AWAY!! QUICK TO SELL PRODUCT BUT BAD AFTER MARKET SERVICE I purchased a gaming rig for close to 3000$ and a 3 Year warranty. The video card started making noises (a faulty fan) so I took it in to be verbally confirmed. As it was still usable I asked if I could wait for a replacement and they said yes and that they would call their supplier for a replacement, or if not available will look at option of suitable replacement. After a week I called for an update and was told they haven't called their supplier, they need the card first of all and it may take 3 weeks to find out if they can get a replacement. They also blamed me for the delay in them doing nothing, and refused to call their supplier to find out if they have any replacements in stock... What is the point in dealing with this company if all they do is prolong and escalate issues and blame the customer and their suppliers, not taking any responsibility themselves. Despite numerous emails to the manager of this company I have yet to receive a response and it has been over a month. I wouldn't purchase anything from this outfit again ever.
