We have just returned from staying at the Lake Karapiro Lodge. It was pure heaven, we will be returning their for another stay in the near future. Quality service & great hospitality is the order of the day at this beautifully presented lodge. It was a blessing for us to have been hosted by three very genuine people who no doubt work tirelessly to offer their guests a very memorable experience ... we have no hesitation but to highly recommend this beautiful luxury lodge to all that are looking for a bit of paradise in New Zealand! A huge thank you to our hosts!

Lake Karapiro Lodge is an architectural masterpiece - a magnificent Qualmark rated 5 star country retreat located in the heart of the Waikato/Waitomo region.

Offering boutique accommodation, the Lodge radiates warmth and elegance throughout and is meticulously finished to the highest standards. All luxury suites open onto individual balconies and enjoy spectacular views of Lake Karapiro and the surrounding countryside.

The Lodge has a great reputation for its fine cuisine. Breakfast of your choice is included and silver service dinner is available on request. There are also a number of local restaurants and cafes nearby should you wish to dine out.

Tranquil, peaceful, soul-enriching; is how many guests describe Lake Karapiro Lodge. Stay indoors and enjoy the warm fires or venture outdoors and experience one of the many adventures and attractions the region has to offer including; river trails, golf, fishing, hunting or horse riding
