This is the best vegetarian resturant ever. This is our first choice of resturant when going out for lunch and we often go for dinner. The food is outstanding, fresh, healthy and delicious. And the service is fantastic, the ladies are lovely, very friendly and engaging. Everything tastes yum, but the live energy sandwhich, zuchinni linguine and masala dosa are soooo good.

Best vege food I've ever had! Loved it, great atmosphere, and my meat eating family loved it as well. Well priced, with a handy gift shop. 10 out of 10!

I wish I could rate this fine restaurant a 10. Any cafe or restaurant that devotes itself to 100% Vegetarian and Vegan cookery, also providing allergen free options and biodegradeable takeaway containers and cutlery is awesome! My husband and I ate there a little over a month ago, I'm vegetarian, my husband is not, but he was highly impressed with his meal and would gladly go back. I just pray that they didn't suffer too much damage from the quakes. My thoughts are with them.

The Lotus-Heart cafe serves the best soups and salads and the restaurant in Cathedral Square is so beautiful with great food and an amazing atmosphere. Went there with a large group of friends for a birthday recently and had a great time with wonderful friendly service, delicious food - very spacious environment. Highly recommended to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. They also have a great pizza menu.

I visited The Lotus-Heart for the first time recently, and now I have become a regular customer. The ambience is heavenly and the food is delightful. They have a large range of vegetarian delicacies and bountiful vegan and gluten-free options. The best tea selection in town and absolutely divine juice and smoothies. The staff are always friendly and the service is great.

Excellent vegetarian food - Christchurch's finest. Huge selection of drinks, fresh juices and smoothies. Gluten-free options. Good selection of cabinet cafe-style food and also restaurant-style dining. Friendly service and comfortable atmosphere.
