9th February 2012 My 80 year old mother had an accident in a carpark on Dec 21st 2011. A car backed out of a park into her car. The other party are not accepting liability. I do not know how they can do this as they backed into her.We have sent a statement and diagrams to SIS as instructed. SIS have been extremely lax in keeping in touch with us. I have rung them today twice and have had the run around with the phone going from one person to the next! Am still waiting for the case manager to contact us. I do not recommend SIS. You need to have better follow up with your clients & you need a better website. All we ask is that you keep your clients better informed.

23rd April 2009 My grandmother has been dealing with SIS for years, and has never had any issues whatsoever. They have always been speedy with processing claims and she recommends SIS to everyone. A+++

5th February 2009 My dealings with this company have been as an affected party after an automobile accident in which the other party was insured with SIS.
A claim was filed on 29th or 30th December 2008. Two weeks later the claim had still not been processed by SIS.
When we phoned to find out what was happening with the processing of the claim, we got the typical bullshit run-around, being passed from one customer services rep to another. Several times our details were noted and we were promised someone would phone back. They never did.
When getting passed through the challenging phone system from one department to another (claims/assessments), we suddenly found that we were no longer dealing with "SIS" but with "AA".
When trying to find details on the company through the Internet (for instance via Google), it was totally impossible to find their Website. All we found were directory entries in business or telephone books. None of those entries listed a postal address, just the physical address (at 99 Albert Street).
The entire customer/user interface was so unsatisfactory that we would not be able to recommend this company to any prospective clients.
Oliver Hoffmann,
Have had nothing but excellent service when claiming.
