We booked our accommodation at "off broadway" through Wotif.com. The fact that the motel had a four star qualmark rating gave us reassurance that it would be clean and tidy. The first room we were given had a terrible smell and when we asked to change rooms, the staff were very apologetic and gave us another room immediately. The other room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was surface clean, but the ceiling and cracks covered in mold. A light fitting above the bathroom sink was dangling from its socket. The glassware was dirty with greasy fingerprints and had not been cleaned. Staff were helpful and friendly.
