7th December 2013 Beautiful and diverse selection of shoes and really lovely personable staff. I have been a long time customer and have never had any problems with any of their stock however I purchased a pair of shoes and after a few months the sole became damaged and wore away from the shoe. I took them back and they repaired them quickly, when I had further problems with the shoes they replaced them immediately and handled the situation very professionally and empathetically. Very impressive customer service- can not rate this store highly enough.
