I saw the TV commercial with the lady who got a chip in her windscreen and it made me think of myself as I was worried about being a female and asking all the wrong questions and was a bit worried about getting taken for a ride, So after I saw your TV commercial with the lady with her RED car I booked Smith and Smith to come to my work to fix my chipped windscreen was a very professional service and they were prompt and the technician was superb. I would recommend to any female car owner out there. I have had lots of issues over the years with mechanics and your TV commercial really made me call you By the way great TV commercials I have seen over past couple of months. I seen your earlier ones from a few years back and they were really wooden I think all your people in the commercials really look like real people but acted really good. Excellent service. Someone smashed one of my car window glass. Called Smith & Smith Glass and got a great response. Got the car booked in the same day and the Glass replaced. Very happy with the service provided and the outcome. Highly recommend them to anyone.
