7th August 2013 I purchased flowers as my son and his wife have just become parents. I selected flowers from the website and sadly when my son sent me a photo of the flowers they looked nothing like what i thought they would be receiving.. I made a point of saying can you so this one, yes the lady said, do i have to order through the petals florist network. No she said you can do it now. Well I am very disappointed that my family did not receive what i had chosen, so will be not be a returning customer.
