My first experience was excellent. The service was super fast and professional - I did not expect such an excellent job! I will definitely use your services again, and I will be sure to recommend it to others. I am glad I no longer have to lug suits around Auckland to drycleaners who charge more, take five times as long, and dont offer near the level of service. Reliance take care of everything. Well done guys.

Brilliant service!!! Have been using these guys for about a year now and have had exceptional service from the start (including a little chocolate treat when the clothes are returned). Their service is fast, reliable and inexpensive. Highly recommend them!

I have to admit to being a little apprehensive about giving our expensive business suits to a courier to take away and get cleaned, BUT what a fantastic service! I placed the order online, got virtually an immediate response, packaged up the clothes in an old bag and a courier arrived that afternoon. Two days later and our suits were returned in excellent condition, cleaned and pressed and in a proper suit bag (not thin plastic) ready for us to be able to send them off in the bag for next time. Honestly a fantastic service I would highly recommend to everyone.
