20th October 2008 This company should be avoided. In our experience they charge you twice retail prices with no explanation or apology, over order material (more than twice the amount needed and used) and make the customer pay for their mistake (without owning up to it - I found the spare material tightly rolled up weeks later), and refuse to put right glaring mistakes in measurement that they have made (our curtain rod is 30cm too short despite the designer agreeing that she'd made a mistake). Also note that 3 of the sets of curtains supplied have started to fall to bits within 8 months. Unless you have an unlimited budget and do not care about mistakes or being overcharged avoid this lot. Truly awful on a grand scale.
