5th June 2010 On a nice sunny afternoon, my partner and I sauntered in for a nice cup of coffee.
After waiting for 25 minutes, when we approached the counter regarding our order, the girls behind the counter coolly shrugged their shoulders and said, sorry we dropped the order !
Well, mistakes can happen. But it is gross negligence on their part to find customers waiting in a table for a long time when others were being served.
At this rate, they not only are dropping orders, but dropping customers too.
It is disappointing with the appalling level of service, considering the coffee is generally good.
Bad bad service !
