****** WARING DO NOT USE!! ******** These people are a bunch of crooks and have already been on Fair Go, 1 news and in the NZ Herald for their unbelievable acts. http://tvnz.co.nz/fair-go/wednesday-august-22-5040973/video http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=11385019 http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=11386006 We wish we had of read reviews before leaving our cars there!!! Our experience: My parents and I arrived with two cars and explained that my parents Toyota Land cruiser would be picked up by themselves on one date and myself and my partner would collect our Lexus IS350 3 days later. They confirmed they understood this and charged us accordingly. When my parents went to pick up their car they were told they would require written confirmation from my partner that they could release the land cruiser - it was explained to them over and over again that the car belonged to the people standing in front of them and my partner did not have any connection to their car other than arriving at the same time. They then forced my parents and my ill Grandmother to stand outside in the car park while it was cold and windy for 2 hours until we finally managed to get an email through to them confirming they could release my parents car. My partner and I were at Cardrona ski mountain that day so had very little means of arranging the email. My parents offered to show them the registration documents which were in the car and would prove that the car belonged to themselves - they said they would not do that. They were rude, obnoxious and had no remorse what so ever - they seemed to be enjoying the frustration we were having with them. We cannot understand why all of this was necessary as when my partner and I arrived to collect our car 3 days later all they asked for was the rego number and then handed over the key. Further to this we hold evidence that our vehicle was driven 4km during the 8 days it was supposedly parked at the ParkNFly as well as dash cam videos with sound which you can hear the engine being worked excessively - this G sensor camera is a pre collision camera and will only automatically turn on upon excessive breaking or acceleration. This proves our car was taken for a JOY RIDE. We also now have two very noticeable scratches on our bonnet which were not there before - we know this as it is an extremely tidy and new car which we purchased very recently. Please DO NOT use these people, they are an excuse for a business and should not be given your hard earned money.

I left my car with Park 'n Fly from 3am 16 Nov 2014 to 6.10am 4 Dec 2014. On clearing customs at 5am I was left waiting for an hour for a pickup despite a number of calls from me. When the driver finally picked me up he drove so erratically back to the yard that my bag was sliding from one wall of the van to the other, hitting each side hard. When I told him to slow down he just laughed. On getting my car home and washing it I discovered scrapes on both the front and rear bumpers. To add insult to injury a week later I went to use my hands free ear piece to find it gone from the centre console where I stored it, the charger was gone too. My emails asking for contact have been ignored. I was given the name of a 'manager' ,Tanzeel, who was never available when I called back. I am still waiting to hear from someone.

Amazing Service.We parked here for a week and it was an absolute pleasure.We found the service prompt & their rates are the most affordable in Auckland.Highly Recommended.

we parked there, with covered service. but when we came back the car got dusty, like i could draw a picture on my car, and obviously car was not coverd. I noticed at that time, no car got covered even they have a covering service, looks bit fishy... anyway,i made a complain about that, the next day manager rang up me and he offer us wash car for free if we use the car park next time. I declined as I will move out of AKL,so it will never happen. it was not a big money but for my peace i ask about refund for covering fee(not parking fee),and we agreed that. i sent my bank account them, then nothing happen after that. no contact, no refund, no mail or phone call... from the first time i made complain, their customer service was terrible, and after all they are not refunding me at all. this is worst service ever i had. never ever use here,and not recomend my friends.

This client had requested for a car cover. The cover kept blowing off in the wind and as we are an outdoor parking facility , this does happen as wind keeps blowing it away. He was given the option of a free wash or a refund of car cover. He took the option of refund but to date has never emailed his account details to credit to. Unless he supplies his account details, we cannot do anything. Our office called him asking for account. He has now asked us to email him and the he will forward details. Park N Fly has taken all steps to resolve the matter as best we would. The client has failed to supply details to date.

''Park N Fly'' they are the best place to drop the car wid cheapest prices from $5 a day. I went to Fiji for 10days n just paid $50. with a free shuttle pickup n drop off to the airport. They have friendly staffs who carried my bags to the van n advised me what was next to pay inside office and will take me to the airport. Was all so fast and easy as i pre-booked online. Awesome Park N FLy.. highly recommended.

Terrible service, lost our keys had no excuses. Three hour wait to fix, after 40 minute wait for shuttle pick up. Did refund our money. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Other options are available - use them!

Key misplaced but done as fast as we could with a mobile locksmith service . We paid a premium price for the replacement key and refunded the client. So we did as best as it possibly can be done, apologised and understood the matter was resolved by mutual consent - Thanks and Regards, Sakina

I have been using Park n Fly for just 4 weeks & in that time I have found them to be friendly, efficient and professional. Drop off is quick & easy, Pick-up is usually instant with a mini bus waiting or within 10 minutes of landing. My car is always ready in the front main carpark & all for $25 for 5 days parking......great value for money.

Do not use park n fly. Recived my car back wiht a soaking and damaged interior after the window was left down. tried talking to the manager but ignored my emails and blew me off once I managed to get him on the phone.

We have repeatedly used Park n Fly for international and domestic travel. We are a family of 5 and find there service to be efficient and timely Just last week my vehicle broke down outside the air nz terminal when picking up a relative, the park n fly van dropped off customers, so approached the driver for assistance, he sent a call to there office and assured me when the next van comes throu in 10 to 15 mins they'll sort me out, and they did!!!!! I am sooo grateful and amazed by the service, which took only minutes and i was on my way, at no cost which i was happy to pay for. excellent service, highly recommend!!!

Our family and I used Park n' Fly at the very last minute. The prices were fantastic and although we were running late the shuttle service got us to the door well in time. On our return the whole process took less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be using them again.
