22nd November 2012 Avoid this place - Found HAIR in food and then worst service ever BY THE MANAGER!
The Manager has NO IDEA how to deal with customer complaints.
I found a bit of hair in the dish. I thought no big deal. Ill take it back and ask for my money back all good no need to make a scene right?..WRONG!
I said "I found hair in this curry" Immediate reply from him(the manager) without even looking at the hair properly .."that's
not my hair that's brown hair I have black hair" ..hmm I was expecting an apology
Manager straight away starts implying I put it in there...now think...why would I but hair in my own food? He repeated "that's not my hair that's brown hair" ..I said "its not my hair either. its probably brown from the colour from the food" ..he said again "it not my hair" He must have thought I was deaf. I said, but this time raising my voice "I don't care WHOS hair it is or what COLOR it is the FACT is I FOUND IT IN THE CURRY YOU SERVED ME and I would like full refund" He says "you want a drink?" I said "does it come with a refund?" he said - "I can only refund half because you ate half the food". I said "that's because I found it halfway if I had found it at the beginning I would have bought it back straight away" ..he said "I can give you another dish" I said "you really expect me to be your customer again after this?" id lost my appetite completely.Then he said - "I cannot refund I don't have permission" "WHY! Aren't you the manger?". told me I had to talk to Mall management to get a refund. so I go there with my plate..yip you guessed it he was lying. Mall management cant force a refund its up to the manager of that store. So im giving him bad feedback not so much for the hair but because he didn't even want to accept any responsibility for it. I actually felt like he was blaming me for even mentioning it! Just starts denying any wrong doing straight away. He lost another 5 customers while we were arguing. didnt get refund so he has to live with bad feedback.

15th August 2012 Had lunch in Bayfair's Shamiana, the rice was uncooked, had to scrape it off and eat the meat by itself. I wont be going back.
No head office website to advise of this either...guess they dont care enough to hear feed -back

14th July 2010 Well I haven't got much nice things to say. I guess we got off on the wrong foot straight away. The lady that served us was nice but our Samosa that we ordered for entree' was frozen in the middle yet the outside of the Samosa was scorching hot. The lady apologised and asked if we would like to order something else but honestly after that me appetite was gone.
